NOVEMBER 2, 2001 Houston TX – Hooks Industrial Inc., a Manufacturer and Distributor of Centrifugal Pumps and Pump Parts , was approved for continuing certification to the ISO 9001:2008 standard. QUALACO, Inc. assisted them in this effort. Global quality standards and requirements establish and enhance quality management systems through internal audits, development and improvement of procedures and processes. A near flawless 3rd party audit was conducted by ABS Quality Evaluations.

Continued certification to this internationally recognized Quality Standard re-confirms our total commitment to producing the highest quality pumps and pump parts in the industry.”
Hooks further commits to pursue a new quality initiative in the near future ascertaining the ASME “N” Stamp for his facility in Spring Texas. Suppliers of nuclear equipment must be qualified and quality controlled. The American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) nuclear accreditation known as N-stamp is internationally recognized. N-stamp means that the authorized vendor has produced the commercial nuclear-grade components in accordance with the ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Nuclear Codes and Standards.
